He ensured I had the necessary details for Revenue in a timely manner, he made sure my new car was with the company who had to change over my hand controls when I dropped off my old car to them. He ensured that I had my new car as quick as possible as he knew how much I as a disabled driver needed it for my independence. He made sure I was fully aware of the functions of the new car before I left. He constantly kept me updated at every stage which meant that I hadn't to chase him for updates.
