Western Motors Group, a Deloitte Best Managed Company with over 60 years in business, is launching its newest dealership in Dundalk and is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our founding Aftersales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Ireland's leading automotive retail groups and help establish a successful new dealership operation from day one.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our workshop, service department and customers by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Due to the technical nature of the role, applicants must have previous experience working within a motor industry parts department and a strong understanding of automotive parts, stock control and manufacturer ordering systems.
The Role
Working closely with our Service, Workshop and Business Development Centre teams, you will be responsible for managing parts enquiries, ordering parts, maintaining stock levels and supporting customers with their parts requirements.

  • Manage parts enquiries from customers, technicians and service advisors.
  • Identify and source the correct parts efficiently and accurately.
  • Order and track parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare parts for workshop jobs and customer collections.
  • Process parts invoices and documentation.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Support the wider dealership team as required.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or within a motor industry parts department.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Experience using parts catalogues, ordering systems and stock management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong team ethic.
  • Full clean driving licence.
