Dundalk and is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor
to join our founding Aftersales team.

leading automotive retail groups and help establish a successful new dealership
operation from day one.
Unlike a traditional Service Advisor position, this role
offers exposure to both our
Aftersales Department and our
Business
Development Centre (BDC), giving you the opportunity to develop a broad
range of customer engagement, customer retention and operational skills within
a growing dealership environment.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
individual who thrives on helping customers and building positive
relationships.
As a Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for
our customers, managing service enquiries, bookings and customer
communications. You will work closely with our workshop team and alongside our
Business Development Centre (BDC), supporting customer engagement activities,
service reminders, booking confirmations and customer retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome
and assist customers throughout their aftersales journey.
- Manage
service bookings and customer enquiries.
- Work
closely with our Business Development Centre (BDC) team.
- Support
customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Make
outbound customer calls for follow-up, reminders and booking
confirmations.
- Liaise
with technicians and workshop staff to ensure clear communication.
- Maintain
accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Deliver
an exceptional customer experience from booking through to vehicle
handover.
What We're Looking For
- Previous
experience in a customer-facing role.
- Keyloop
DMS experience desirable not essential
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence
handling both face-to-face and telephone customer interactions.
- Strong
organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A
positive and proactive approach to customer service.
- Computer
literacy and experience using CRM systems.
- Full
clean driving licence.
Motor industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
We welcome candidates who have developed strong customer service skills in
retail, hospitality, contact centre, administration or other service-focused
environments.
