Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Group marketing strategy.
• Manage all digital marketing, social media, CRM and lead generation activities.
• Oversee brand management across all locations and customer touchpoints.
• Manage manufacturer marketing programmes, funding claims and brand compliance.
• Plan and deliver events, sponsorships and promotional campaigns.
• Analyse marketing performance and ROI, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Lead the marketing function and drive innovation, including the use of AI and emerging technologies.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Strong digital marketing and lead generation expertise.
• Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience managing budgets, campaigns and external partners.
• Outstanding communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple dealerships and business functions.
• The role involves regular travel between Western Motors Group locations, including Galway, Drogheda and Dundalk, and a full driving licence is required.
