Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and courteous service to customers and colleagues
• Supply parts to workshop technicians and retail customers efficiently
• Receive, check, and store parts deliveries accurately
• Identify and source parts using manufacturer systems and catalogues
• Maintain stock accuracy and organisation within the department
• Support workshop productivity through timely parts supply
• Promote additional parts and accessories where appropriate
• Assist with the management of slow-moving stock

Candidate Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literacy
• Practical/mechanical understanding is an advantage
• Full clean driver’s licence
