Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey
• Proactively prospect for new customers through traditional and digital channels
• Manage and convert leads from our in-house marketing systems
• Understand customer needs through effective qualification and data capture
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, finance, logistics, and technical teams
• Maintain high standards of administration and showroom presentation
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
• Manage and report on KPIs set by Western Motors and Volkswagen

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in motor sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
• Full, valid driver’s licence
• Availability to work Saturdays
