You are a part or recently qualified accountant, practice trained in accounts, with a proven ability in preparation of accounts to trial balance stage.

This is a permanent role, 5-days per week on-site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assistance with the preparation of monthly management accounts journals
Updating and reconciling nominal ledger accounts.
Preparation of bank reconciliations on a Monthly basis.
Assisting with the reconciliation of various accounts.
Assisting in the preparation of other periodic business reports.
Participating in various other activities as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Recently qualified or part qualified accountant, perhaps wishing to make the practice to industry jump.
Have proven experience in preparation of accounts including journal postings.
Commercially astute & technically fit,
Have strong administrative and IT skills, especially Excel.
Have strong motivation and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Have good attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Have a positive & enthusiastic attitude and work well as part of a team.
Have flexibility in approach to work. The role is hands on in nature.
Have strong analytical and communication skills.
Previous motor industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
Salary dependent on experience and suitability.
