Your team here at Western Motors are busy preparing our facilities for the new way in which we will be doing business with you when lockdown ends. Our absolute priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers and in having COVID resistant surroundings.

As we prepare for our facilities to re-open all areas are undergoing a deep clean and sanitisation covering tables, chairs, doors, frames and floors. In our workshop we also put emphasis on tool stations and tools and ramp surfaces & fittings.

We have installed protective screens in our sales and service admin areas along with new wall and floor signs and wall fixed hand sanitising stations.

Our post Covid 19 Service Department will operate on a timed appointment basis where customers will be given a 15-minute time slot for their vehicle drop off and pick up as we will no longer facilitate a customer waiting area. Payments will be completed by phone where possible. In order to ensure that this new way of doing business suits all our customers we will look at changing our workshop opening hours.

Our technicians will work to new guidelines where they will wear masks and gloves for the duration of their contact with your vehicle and plastic covers will be used on seats, steering wheels and gear sticks. 

Our Parts Departments will no longer operate a walk-in service but parts and accessories can be ordered and paid for by phone and picked up at our Collection Point.

Our Sales teams continue to work remotely to manage our Digital Dealership and we are delighted that so many of you are using the newly launched ‘Live Chat’ service at This simple feature, which connects you directly to our sales staff, has allowed us to keep answering your sales enquiries during the restricted times and to further proceed with sales in hand.

When our showrooms are able to re-open we will work ‘By Appointment’. We have a fantastic range of used cars in stock and they all come with our promise that each car is fully cleaned and sanitised before handover. Each car also comes with the peace of mind of a manufacturer guarantee, roadside assistance and a pre-sale service and check.
