The Golf GTI Clubsport now shows even more motorsport passion right from the start – with its even sportier front design, additional air intakes and many details in high-gloss black.
In this driving profile, the entire vehicle is set up for optimum performance on the Nordschleife of the Nürburgring race track. The optionally available DCC adaptive chassis control and lateral dynamics systems in particular are adapted to this specific track profile. You can, of course also select the profile when you are not driving on the Nordschleife.
From the standstill, the GTI Clubsport reaches 100 km/h in just 5. 6 seconds. The front axle differential lock in combination with progressive steering ensures even more comfort on your journeys, even at a top speed of 250 km/h.
Even more club sports feeling is available with the optional Performance Package: With the unlocked speed limit, the GTI easily reaches 267 km/h – only then, of course, the Akrapovic exhaust system and the 19-inch alloy wheels are invisible.
Interior
Thanks to the premium sport seats and multifunction sports steering wheel in leather with classic buttons and paddles, you always have the vehicle fully under control in spite of all its power. At the same time, features such as the 30-colour background lighting ensure that the vehicle also always creates the right mood for a more relaxed driving style. The exclusive and sporty design contributes to this – while at the same time being perfectly suited for everyday driving.
The premium sport seats in a Clubsport-specific design with integrated head restraint provide optimum comfort for passengers and are complemented by elegant interior accents. These include the contrast-colour stitching on the centre armrest and the pedals in brushed stainless steel.
IQ.LIGHT LED matrix headlights
Regardless of where and when you are driving, we want you to have a clear view. The standard IQ.LIGHT LED matrix headlights with their high-performance main beam ensure better night vision. The matrix technology enables you to permanently drive with main beam without dazzling other road users. In addition, the energy-saving headlights are extremely efficient.
