New Kamiq Monte Carlo

Monte Carlo Racing Legacy

In 1936, Škoda first caused a sensation at the Rally Monte Carlo, which had been taking place since 1911. Zdeněk Pohl / Jaroslav Hausman drove the Škoda Popular to a second-place finish in the 1,500-cc category and Škoda subsequently launched a sporty road version of this model – thus was born the Monte Carlo model family. This also marked the start of new racing triumphs for Škoda cars. The Škoda family of models continues this long-running tradition by offering three compact models – the Kamiq, Fabia and Scala – in a Monte Carlo version teeming with style and racing spirit so that you too can become part of Škoda’s long rally history.

A car to embellish the boulevards - Hit the streets with the class and grace of Monte Carlo, the inspiration for this timeless urban SUV. High-gloss black components – the grille frame and front-bumper inserts – adorn the robust front section, which features split TOP LED Matrix headlights. The black elements are a perfect match whatever body colour you choose.

Robust elegance - The rear section, with its high-gloss black roof rails and standard-fit TOP LED tail lights incorporating dynamic turn indicators, instantly defines the Kamiq Monte Carlo’s sporty spirit. The rear bumper is dominated by a powerful black diffuser. The Škoda and model name in black lettering is a unique detail.

Sports seats - In order to make this dynamic model’s driving experience complete, the interior is fitted with proper sports seats. Robust yet comfortable, these sports seats, boasting a unique Monte Carlo design and lateral support, will hug you close at every turn.

Panoramic roof - The large panoramic roof with a sunshade delivers plenty of daylight into the interior. The glass is tinted black, so only a comfortable amount of light and heat is allowed to enter the vehicle.

Travel Assist Adaptive Lane Assist - Lane Assist can tell when you stray from a lane unintentionally. The Lane Assist system works in conjunction with a multipurpose camera to recognise lane markings on the road, including yellow lines during roadworks, traffic cones, and other roadside or lane borders. The optional enhanced “Adaptive” variant means that the system intervenes in an attempt to keep the vehicle in the selected track within the traffic lane, and the car does not “weave”.

Traffic Sign Recognition - A picture processing module searches scanned pictures for known traffic signs and compares the results with the navigation data. The system processes speed limit signs, no-overtaking signs, no-entry signs on one-way streets and any supplementary instructions, as well as associated restriction clearance signs, and then displays them to the driver

Travel Assist - Travel Assist integrates several systems and functions. When they are interconnected, the car can make driving a lot easier and increase travelling comfort. Once activated, Travel Assist can automatically keep the car in lane or follow other vehicles on the road.
