Western Motors in County Louth have an immediate vacancy for a Head of Sales.

What We Are Looking for in Our Head of Sales:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role, with a strong track record of consistently exceeding targets and delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Results-Driven and Motivational: A highly motivated, target-oriented sales leader who can energise and inspire teams to deliver exceptional performance in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Team & Multi-Brand Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple sales teams across various brands while balancing workload and priorities.
  • Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive both new and used vehicle sales, aligning team efforts with dealership objectives.
  • Profitability Focused: Monitor and analyse sales performance and profitability metrics, taking proactive action to ensure financial objectives are consistently met.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators to the Dealer Principal.
  • Process & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to sales processes, compliance standards, and best practices to ensure consistent customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Market & Product Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and vehicle product updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain exceptional standards of sales floor presentation, customer documentation, and administrative organization.
  • Performance Coaching: Work hands-on with sales teams and the senior management team to identify growth opportunities, coach underperformance, and improve overall team capability and motivation.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
