New vehicle warranty
On the safe side from the outset.
1 September 2005 saw the introduction of a two-year, Europe-wide new-vehicle warranty for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
The contractual warranty undertaking is provided by the national sales organisation that sells you the vehicle. The warranty is valid from the day of vehicle delivery, or from the date of initial registration if this is earlier, and does not have a mileage limit. It supplements the statutory liability for material defects and gives you extra peace of mind for the first two years.
The Mercedes-Benz new-vehicle warranty is valid in the European Union member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles Warranty
12 month or 50,000km Warranty, whichever comes first.
The warranty period commences on the date the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-owned vehicle is purchased from the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicle dealership.
The warranty cover is for a period of 12mths or 50,000km, whichever occurs first. The mileage condition does not apply if the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty is still valid.

Maintenance is available from Mercedes-Benz Service in two different packages: Service A and Service B, performed alternately. You don't even need to think about the regular service dates yourself: the standard service interval indicator in your Mercedes reminds you automatically of any upcoming maintenance. An additional plus: potential wear or damage can be identified in due time to consequently prevent more extensive repair work.
Mercedes Benz standard mobility solution.
In the event of a breakdown, an accident, a minor mishap or vandalism, experts ensure that you stay mobile. Call 00800 1 777 7777 and they will assist you at any time – in over 40 European countries and with over 3,000 authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partners. The mobility solution Mobilo comes as standard with every Mercedes-Benz car, and is renewed free of charge after every Mercedes-Benz service – for up to 30 years.
